Engraving
Most of our jewelry items may be engraved to your liking. If you would like any item that has been purchased engraved, let your salesperson know and he or she will give you a quote.

Diamond Castle Jewelers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. You can also apply for a Diamond Castle Jewelers charge card and receive up to 2 years interest free.

Return Policy
Most items may be returned in original condition with a full refund for 7 days or exchangeable for 20 days of date of purchase. Items that can not be returned:

• Special Orders (items that have been sized or altered in any way, or items that have been ordered that we do not have in stock).
• Watches maybe returned unworn (also NO links taken out) for a full refund for 7 days or exchangeable for 20 days of date of purchase.
• Personalized items (i.e. i.d. bracelets, rings, and items that have been engraved on).
